If you feel very cold during winter, I have a few tips.
Eat more warming and easily digested foods.
Be certain to avoid dehydration by upping your water consumption. You may add electrolytes. Drink your water at room temperature or warmed.
You want to ensure that you are using emollient and warming oils on your body.
Did you know that Vanilla Absolute Oil and Peppermint Essential Oil are warming? These two essences are also comforting during winter.
For body care, switch to heavier and more viscous creams and oils, such as raw sesame oil. A self body and foot massage with sesame seed oil can really warm your entire body up.
You can add the Vanilla or Peppermint Oils to the sesame oil for a nice foot massage.
Wear warm socks.
Seal all of your moisturizers, creams and lotions in with an occlusive product.
Raw, organic shea butter makes a wonderful sealant.
